Breath of Life is a breathwork practice that combines different breathing methods used in shamanic, yogic and meditative practices throughout the world since ancient times, that modern science has been finding increasing proof of its benefits for overall wellbeing.

Conscious, connected breathing enhances the flow of oxygen and life force – prana –throughout the body and mind, slows down the patterns of the nervous system, releases stress and tension and facilitates openings to higher states of consciousness, awakening to your true Being.

Breath of Life is born from Kalid’s passion for breathwork and by all the results and positive changes he has witnessed in himself and in the thousands of people that have participated in his retreats throughout the years.

Kalid is an innovative therapist and teacher that dedicates himself to inspiring lives worldwide. Combining the teachings of ancient healing rituals with contemporary therapeutic techniques, his empowering workshops are attended by people from all walks of life.

Breathwork is the most powerful practice I’ve experienced. It is healthy for my body, mind, and heart. It is one of those peak experiences that never ceases to amaze me. The profound awakenings and healings I see in my clients and in my personal practice leave me feeling invigorated, inspired and wanting to share Breathwork with everyone I know.

This year we are working on a life-transforming training program for both personal and professional development. This weekend is the first step in that exciting journey.

4Ventos its a cozy retreat center in a nature reserve valley surrounded by a peaceful nature. Situated in a privileged location, near the Mafra’s Tapada, in less than 40 km from Lisbon and 10km from the coast and lovely beaches.

With magnificent views, this venue is composed of typical houses conscientiously recovered, keeping the original traces of the recovered buildings with few changes, where the earth colors integrate the whole well in the landscape giving it a mixed and mystical air of “saloio” and arabic, respecting the original architecture. A cozy space that makes everyone feel safe and comfortable.
